We believe healing doesn’t always come from doing more.   Sometimes, it comes from moving differently.

That’s why we bring together the awareness of yoga and the freedom of movement —creating a gentle, guided experience where your body can open up, your emotions can release, and your mind can find calm.We don’t focus on perfect poses or rigid routines.
